英国のミシュラン星付きレストランが発表
今回初めて星を獲得したペルー料理のレストラン「リマ」（ロンドン）
この程「ミシュランガイド 英国およびアイルランド版2014」が発表され、英国は昨年より4軒多いレストランが星を獲得した。注目の新しいレストランが、高い評価と称賛を受けている。
そのハイライトの一つが、今回初めて1ッ星を獲得したロンドンにあるペルー料理のレストラン「リマ」（Lima）。オープンからたった5ヶ月前で1ッ星を獲得した、ロンドンのバーモンジーにある「ストーリー」（Story）も話題となっていまる。また、ブリストル、バーミンガム、カンブリア、そしてジャージー島にあるレストランにも1ッ星が与えられた。
星数を増やしたのは、世界的に評価の高い英国の人気シェフ、ヘストン・ブルメンタール（Heston Blumenthal）の「ディナー・バイ・ヘストン・ブルメンタール」（Dinner by Heston Blumenthal）。同店は、1ッ星から2ッ星へと昇格を果たした。
